Terms of Service

1. The service

12 Beta Testers is operated by VINIUS CO., LTD, a company registered in Vietnam ("we", "us"). We provide Google Play closed testing services: a group of testers who opt in to your closed test and install your Android app for the period stated in the plan you buy (for example 12 testers for 14 days).

2. What you need to provide

• A working closed testing opt-in link for your app.
• A Google Group or email list we can ask testers to join, if required by your setup.
• An app that follows Google Play policies and applicable law.

3. No guarantee of approval

We provide testers. We do not control Google's decisions. Google reviews every application, and we do not guarantee that your app will receive production access or be published.

4. Acceptable use

You must not submit apps that are illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that infringe the rights of others. We may refuse or stop a service for an app that breaks these rules, and refund the unused part of the order.

5. Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown in USD at checkout, and taxes may be added where required.

6. Refunds

7. Your data

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or launch delays, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the date shown above.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
